Job Description & key roles:
Following up with people who have shown interest to open an account with us.
Guiding them through the account opening procedure.
Ensuring proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Onboarding the clients by providing the necessary details & product tutorials.
Assisting in the implementation of our marketing strategies.
Ensuring client satisfaction while opening the account.
Working directly alongside the core team.
Giving feedback on customer behaviors and response to our products & services.
Required skill set:
Must have a diligent work ethic.
Must be a motivated individual.
Must not be lazy or ignorant.
Must be well spoken and have good communication skills in English and Hindi/any regional language.
Must have strong persuasion skills.
Must be motivated by a variable incentive structure as opposed to a fixed remuneration.
Must have a basic understanding of stock market concepts.
Under exceptional circumstances, we accept non-graduates too.
Required work experience:
0 – 3 years.
