  • Generate leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals.

  • Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for Sales team.

  • Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.

  • Orient sales manager about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise and assist in building sales collateral's to orient prospective clients

  • Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyse and use the same for targeting potential prospects.

  • Persistent follow up with client.

  • Communicates in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations.

  • Understands non-verbal and underlying cues of the prospects and aims to maximise on them.

  • Create and maintain database for future reference and use.

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.


  • 2-5 years of experience in Inside sales role for Global geographies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fair understanding of different geographies including US, UK, Canada, Australia etc.

  • Experience in generating leads for IT services and solutions.

  • Positive attitude & Go-getter.
