Strategize and execute marketing campaigns for the different stages of the buyer journey through the funnel: nurturing, lead generation and account engagement.
Always be testing! Use A/B to learn how personalization, design, timing, and format increase conversion on different segments.
Able to personally dive deep into performance data to understand trends and optimize for revenue generation.
Own all email and nurture programs to drive leads down the funnel. This includes owning our free trial conversion funnel.
Make sound strategic recommendations to connect the dots between campaigns and the buyer journey to ensure alignment throughout the sales funnel.
Develop and maintain detailed campaign briefs to showcase all deliverables across multiple functions for key stakeholders.
Communicate and train cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to prepare and support campaigns.
Define, measure, and analyze achievement of campaign objectives and goals.
Review and iterate on campaign strategy as needed with key stakeholders.
3-5 years of experience in integrated campaign management and email marketing
1-2 years of experience using Marketo
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience writing email and landing page copy
Understand the sales funnel within a B2B organization
Previously worked for a B2B company - SaaS experience preferred!
Familiar with platforms such as Webflow, WVO, and Marketo to create personalized experience and custom lead workflows
ABM experience a plus
Worked very closely with Sales Development Team to increase conversions
