DESCRIPTION General summary of responsibilities: ü Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements. ü Manage job postings in Amazon ATS and job boards. ü Effectively stakeholder management. ü Design and execute employee referral programs. ü Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews. ü Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and conduct pre-screening interviews. ü Discuss and explain offer package to shortlisted applicants. ü Coordinate background checks for shortlisted candidates. ü Maintain pertinent applicant data and generate reports. ü Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. ü Perform other special projects as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications ü Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of specialization ü 5-6 years of US sourcing and recruiting experience ü Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask ü Possess good written and verbal communication skills ü Proficient in Microsoft Office.
