What you’ll get to do:
Manage the candidate process, from sourcing to the transition to onboarding, to ensure a thorough, informative, streamlined and engaging candidate experience
Evaluate skill level and culture fit, make salary recommendations, complete reference checks and manage the offer phase
Ensure hiring team’s collaboration and preparedness throughout the interview and offer process; foster the timely exchange of information
Leverage ATS reporting functionality to communicate candidate pipelines and recruiting status as appropriate
Develop relationships with local colleges and organize onsite & offsite recruiting events to attract entry-level talent
Implement innovative and proven strategies to source a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool; proactively research and investigate new ideas and tools to source passive candidates
Participate in employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned
You should apply if you have most of this:
3 - 5 years hands-on, end-to-end/full-cycle recruitment experience in the APAC region (particularly India)
Multi-year track record of helping a tech org scale in size as well as expand into a new geographical market
Experience engaging passive and active candidates, and effectively hiring within engineering and customer success orgs
You think about the business of recruiting and can define key metrics
Ability to drive clarity around requirements and act in an advisory capacity
Knowledge in employment law and a good sense of compensation across the industry and various skill sets
You help define processes and are comfortable with change
Comfort handling ambiguous situations with little direction within a fast-paced and globally distributed environment
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
Media/AdTech industry experience ideal
