Recruiting Coordinator - Mumbai

In this role you will get to: 

  • Schedule, coordinate and set up face to face and/or video interviews

  • Manage all aspects of the candidate experience: interview logistics, travel, internal stakeholder management, candidate expense reimbursement, etc

  • Handle event logistics, coordination, administrative support and follow up

  • Assist with various Talent Team projects on an as needed basis 

Who you are:

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)

  • 1 - 3 years of experience within Human Resources, with strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition specifically

  • Scrappy, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment and has the ability to pivot quickly to meet evolving priorities

  • Can be counted on to work independently and deliver against established deadlines 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills

  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust. Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
