Sales Development Representative - Bengaluru

#ColorTokens is Hiring

  • Perform cold calling, presales, data Research activities to target prospects and C Level executives in defined geographies in Europe/Middle East and pitch our product

  • Candidates with business level proficiency in speaking languages such as German, Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian), Arabic will be given additional preference

  • Must be very strong at outbound sales activities, prospect leads via emails/calls and opportunity qualification

  • Prior background in selling cybersecurity products and a strong knowledge network security, IT compliance would be an advantage

  • Work to build adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management and achieve inside sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with monthly goals to be managed by high degree for forecast accuracy.

  • Must be comfortable mining leads from external sources including LinkedIn and knowledge of using LinkedIn sales Navigator will be imperative

  • Background in working with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft

  • Must be comfortable working in hours between 10 AM-10 PM. A 9 Hour slot will be assigned to them based on the specific region they are assigned

Soft Skills

  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, driven and willing take ownership to perform activities

  • Must have excellent English, other language skills

  • Must be a strong communicator

Added Skills Required 

  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn sales navigator experience

  • Market research skills as needed

  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas

  • Strategic prospecting skills. Sales Planning & Accurate Forecasting

  • Market Knowledge, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
