Responsibilities:
Manages order management process by supporting the day-to-day tactical actions (i.e., processing of orders, credits and returns and making suggestions for existing process refinement.)
Manages Physical Claims and Logistics cordinator activities by supporting the actions governed by other stakeholders - call centre, LSPs etc
Collaborates with other departments and support groups departments (e.g., field sales, credit and collections) to resolve order management issues for all product lines and is a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., supports product management by testing new systems.
Acts as a central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and succinctly with external customers at the peer level (e.g., holds periodic calls with customers to maintain relationship).
Resolves escalated customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and internal issues (e.g., product builds) of high complexity and proactively follows-up on highest complexity issues to resolve them with some guidance.
Managing 1X1 conversations with the direct reportees and influence a healthy balanced team
Should be able to supervise and motivate people and able to graph their career/growth conversations
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, order management, claims or similar background preferable
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Extensive knowledge of internal processes and policies.
Excellent understanding of local legal compliance issues.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Sound knowledge of operating systems software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Must be a six sigma trained and certified (Yellow/Green Belt)
