Have 10+ years of Sales experience, primarily in Corporate/Inside sales function
Have experience in managing teams, spread across different countries / regions
Have experience managing customers and stakeholders across APAC region.
Be able to listen, identify and quantify the key factors for pipeline generation and closing success and communicate effectively internally
Have a quantitative approach to analysing a corporate sales organisation
Have strong English communication skills.
Have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from Premium Institutes
Be able to demonstrate Intellectual curiosity, a sense of humour, ambition, and a “can do” positive attitude
Demonstrable experience in a sales management position while consistently exceeding goals
Previous experience in a New Business Sales position while consistently exceeding goals
Experience with Enterprise Software in a SaaS revenue model
Experience with Salesforce.com and related Sales CRM technologies
Experience of working with a technical customer base and a solid understanding of corporate IT projects.
