  • Seasoned HR/People & Culture leader ~ 8 years+ experience including leading teams

  • Experience working in high growth, culture-centric organization

  • Data driven mindset and experience with data/analytics

  • Developing and coaching others: how to motivate them, develop them, give autonomy, provide support, give feedback – enables others

  • Clear perspective between big picture goals and transactional activities – understands and drives team toward solving broader business issues

  • Effectively champions people causes to leadership

  • Hands-on leader – you desire a balance of strategic/transformational work with hands on day-to-day people work

  • Excellent social skills and high emotional intelligence – empathy, curiosity

  • Strong communication skills, ability to hold a room, convey a message, get people onside and onboard

What You Will Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

  • Translate business goals into strategic plan for the People Team – create a roadmap for where the team is going

  • Create opportunities for People and Culture department to scale its competencies to drive business growth

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and leadership team to drive people mandate, forecast/plan, build capacity, solve for challenges/roadblocks

  • Participate in discussions of the formation of new business units/ideas

  • Steward a company culture that allows team members to thrive and contribute as we grow
