Provide leadership to a team of high impact, best in class recruiters to achieving business goals
Enable the team to attract and select the best-in-class talent across different levels of seniority in one of Atlassian's high growth business groups
Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Act as an effective talent partner with business leadership
Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research and partnering with stakeholders to implement hiring strategies.
Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent
Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy
Designing and leading the employer branding strategy
Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team
Be a part of the BLR Site level leadership team driving site/company wide recruiting initiatives
You Would Be An Ideal Fit If You Possess
10 + years of overall experience in the Talent Acquisition Function
At least 2 years as a people manager/leader managing a team of high performing recruiters
Strong experience in product/technology hiring market and experience in scaling up the organisation
Excellent business acumen, strong analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills
