Job Responsibilities
Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs to deliver on the talent demand
Run end to end recruitment process from sourcing to offer
Supports in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods and tools
Consults and advises HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in recruitment related topics
Executes projects to improve recruitment processes
Provides market insights to the HR business partners and line management for better understanding of the talent market
Create dashboards/MIS for internal stakeholders
Ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system and complete data updation activity timely
Build and engage talent community pool for specific positions
Leverage sourcing channels, social media platforms and other new age recruitment avenues to deliver best in class experience for all stakeholders
Education/Experience/Skills
4-8 years of successful experience with increasing responsibility in a TA/recruiter capacity and successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above • Bachelors degree (MBA in HR good to have)
