Function: IT Operations and Support → IT Management / IT Support


  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles


  • B.Tech/BCA or equivalent ( CS / IT Only)

  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

  • Strong knowledge into Application Support processes like SLAs, Incident Management & Change Management processes etc.

  • Strong knowledge into Customer Relationship Management tools like ex:Jira, Zen-desk etc.,

  • Strong knowledge into programming and coding skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willing to work in 24/7 support, night shifts and weekends
